  1. Introduction

Welcome to A Blue Charter. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of A Blue Charter’s services. By booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

  1. Definitions
  • “Company” refers to A Blue Charter.
  • “Client” refers to the person or organization booking services with the Company.
  • “Services” refers to the bus charter services provided by the Company.
  • “Passenger” refers to any individual using the Services.
  1. Booking and Payment
  • Reservations: All bookings must be made through our online booking system or by contacting our customer service.
  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.
  • Confirmation: A booking confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of payment.
  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Cancellation by Client:

– If cancellation occurs 22 days or more before the scheduled departure, the refund will be the fare minus a $15.00 administration fee.

– If cancellation occurs 21 days to 24 hours before departure, the refund will be the fare minus a $20.00 administration fee.

– Cancellations must be made by calling our office.

– The fees will be assessed to each passenger that is canceling their reservation.

  • Cancellation by Company:

– The Company reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, mechanical issues).

– In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  1. Changes to Bookings
  • Amendments: Any changes to a booking must be requested in writing. Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Transfer of Booking: We allow passengers to transfer a ticket to another passenger with 24 hours notice and approval from a reservation specialist.
  1. Passenger Responsibilities
  • Arrival Time: Passengers must arrive at the designated boarding point at least 15 to 20 min prior to departure time.
  • Identification: Passengers must carry valid identification for verification purposes.
  • Behavior: Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger displaying disruptive or unsafe behavior.
  • No Consumption of Food or Beverages on the Bus
  1. Luggage
  • Allowance: Each passenger is allowed two pieces of luggage with a 50 lb limit and one carry-on item. Additional luggage may incur extra charges.
  • Prohibited Items: Hazardous materials, illegal substances, and items that could cause harm or discomfort to other passengers are strictly prohibited.
  1. Safety and Security
  • Inspections: Our buses undergo regular safety inspections. Passengers are required to follow all safety instructions provided by the driver.
  • Sanitization: We maintain high hygiene standards, including regular cleaning and sanitization of buses.
  1. Liability
  • Personal Injury: The Company is not liable for any personal injury or loss of property unless caused by our negligence.
  • Travel Delays: The Company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
  1. Restroom

On Board Restroom is for urgent use only for passenger safety.

  1. Children

Children 5 and under must be in a passenger-provided, FEDERALLY APPROVED, CRASH-TESTED CHILD SAFETY SEAT/CAR SEAT RESTRAINT.

  1. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.

  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

  1. ADA Equipment Disclosure and Disclaimer:

Please be advised that our vehicles are not currently equipped with wheelchair lifts. Accordingly, we are able to accommodate mobility devices at this time such as Foldable Electric Scooters, Rollators, and Walkers and canes. By utilizing our services, you hereby acknowledge and understand that we are not able to provide wheelchair accessible services at this time and hereby release and hold harmless A Blue Charter from any and all liability arising from or related to ADA. We are continually striving to improve our accessibility and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
