“Services” refers to the bus charter services provided by the Company.
“Passenger” refers to any individual using the Services.

Booking and Payment

Reservations: All bookings must be made through our online booking system or by contacting our customer service.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.
Confirmation: A booking confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of payment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Client:

– If cancellation occurs 22 days or more before the scheduled departure, the refund will be the fare minus a $15.00 administration fee.

– If cancellation occurs 21 days to 24 hours before departure, the refund will be the fare minus a $20.00 administration fee.

– Cancellations must be made by calling our office.

Cancellation by Company:

– The Company reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, mechanical issues).

– In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.5. Changes to Booking

Amendments: Any changes to a booking must be requested in writing. Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Transfer of Booking: We allow passengers to transfer a ticket to another passenger with 24 hours notice and approval from a reservation specialist.

Passenger Responsibilities

Arrival Time: Passengers must arrive at the designated boarding point at least 15 to 20 min prior to departure time.
Identification: Passengers must carry valid identification for verification purposes.
Behavior: Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger displaying disruptive or unsafe behavior.

Luggage

Allowance: Each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage and one carry-on item. Additional luggage may incur extra charges.
Prohibited Items: Hazardous materials, illegal substances, and items that could cause harm or discomfort to other passengers are strictly prohibited.

Safety and Security

Inspections: Our buses undergo regular safety inspections. Passengers are required to follow all safety instructions provided by the driver.
Sanitization: We maintain high hygiene standards, including regular cleaning and sanitization of buses.

Liability

Personal Injury: The Company is not liable for any personal injury or loss of property unless caused by our negligence.

No Consumption of Food or Beverages on the Bus
