Welcome to A Blue Charter. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of A Blue Charter’s services. By booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

“Company” refers to A Blue Charter.
“Client” refers to the person or organization booking services with the Company.
“Services” refers to the bus charter services provided by the Company.
“Passenger” refers to any individual using the Services.

Booking and Payment

Reservations: All bookings must be made through our online booking system or by contacting our customer service.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.
Confirmation: A booking confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of payment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Client:

– If cancellation occurs 22 days or more before the scheduled departure, the refund will be the fare minus a $15.00 administration fee.

– If cancellation occurs 21 days to 24 hours before departure, the refund will be the fare minus a $20.00 administration fee.

– Cancellations must be made by calling our office.

Cancellation by Company:

– The Company reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, mechanical issues).

– In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.5. Changes to Booking

Amendments: Any changes to a booking must be requested in writing. Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Transfer of Booking: We allow passengers to transfer a ticket to another passenger with 24 hours notice and approval from a reservation specialist.

Passenger Responsibilities

Arrival Time: Passengers must arrive at the designated boarding point at least 15 to 20 min prior to departure time.
Identification: Passengers must carry valid identification for verification purposes.
Behavior: Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger displaying disruptive or unsafe behavior.

Luggage

Allowance: Each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage and one carry-on item. Additional luggage may incur extra charges.
Prohibited Items: Hazardous materials, illegal substances, and items that could cause harm or discomfort to other passengers are strictly prohibited.

Safety and Security

Inspections: Our buses undergo regular safety inspections. Passengers are required to follow all safety instructions provided by the driver.
Sanitization: We maintain high hygiene standards, including regular cleaning and sanitization of buses.

Liability

Personal Injury: The Company is not liable for any personal injury or loss of property unless caused by our negligence.
Travel Delays: The Company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Please be advised that our vehicles are not currently equipped with wheelchair lifts or other features required to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”). Accordingly, we are unable to accommodate mobility devices at this time. By utilizing our services, you hereby acknowledge and understand that we are not in compliance with the ADA and hereby release and hold harmless A Blue Charter from any and all liability arising from or related to our non-compliance with the ADA. No Consumption of Food or Beverages on the Bus

Children 5 and under must be in a passenger-provided, FEDERALLY APPROVED, CRASH-TESTED CHILD SAFETY SEAT/CAR SEAT RESTRAINT.
